On-Site Introduction

Announcing the sale is a significant moment for everyone involved, from the owner to the employees and DDS’s team. During this initial on-site visit, we introduce our company and values, and employees get to experience DDS’s welcoming culture firsthand. This introduction often includes a social component to help everyone feel comfortable and valued. It’s a productive and enjoyable day, and it sets a positive tone for the journey ahead.

Integration Plan

DDS’s strong brand and team culture make us a company that people are excited to join. We strive to build on the initial energy from our first meeting and maintain that momentum. Our integration process begins during due diligence, and we aim for full integration as soon as possible to provide consistent support to both clients and employees. This approach includes everything from branding and communication to technology alignment and business processes. Often, once we begin the process, employees feel the excitement and even ask us to expedite integration!

Initially, we focus on the company’s core offerings and supporting its customers during the transition. Over time, we begin introducing other DDS services, such as Managed IT and Managed Print Services, to provide more value and strengthen client relationships. This gives our sales team the chance to engage customers consultatively and bring new, relevant solutions to the table.
