The DDS Giving Program - Making a positive impact on the community by Ending Hunger and Food Waste

DDS Group have recently commenced a new community inniative with SecondBite, Australia's largest food rescue organisation that delivers food to people in need, free of charge. This is a crucial step toward building a stronger and more compassionate community. Ending hunger not only provides essential nourishment but also fosters a sense of security and well-being among individuals and families.

We work with producers, retailers and manufacturers to make the most of opportunities to donate unsold, excess food which would otherwise go to waste. They support community organisations across the country, helping to reduce food insecurity and hunger, addressing critical social, environmental and economic challenges.

DDS has partnered with SecondBite. SecondBite works in every state in Australia and works with community organisations and local food donors, enabling them to collect food directly from its source and deliver it to those who need them to most..

Support your local community

With every Canon Copier and Sharp Copier that you buy, DDS Group will donate 260 meals via the DDS Giving Program. This food programs help our most vulnerable Australians including families in crisis, elderly and low income people, refugees and asylum seekers, homeless people, indigenous Australians and students.

With every participation, we will also present your business with a Certificate of Appreciation.
